Exclusively for my organization, remember that every appointment reserved 24 hours in advance regarding the previewed timetable, must be confirmed by telephone at least 2 or 3 hours before the meeting. Every appointment reserved with more than 24 hours in advance regarding the previewed timetable, must instead be confirmed by telephone in the shorter possible time. All the appointments reserved and not confirmed by telephone will be deleted. Naturally you can make reservations on shorter notice, if I already know you, so please give me a call.
When you will call me in order to confirm your reservation, please remember to make visible the phone number that you have used filling out the booking form otherwise, not recognizing to you, I will not be able to answer to you. If my mobile were extinguished or I could not answer to you in that moment, you could try again later. Please don't send to me SMS in order to confirm your reservation since I don't read the messages on my mobile.
