When you send to me a reservation request and your phone number, with a view to arranging a meeting, you always must contact me in order to confirm to me the date and to define the relative details about our meeting.
I will contact you by phone only in extreme urgency case. Are you sure you have given to me the right number? Sometimes the phone number given is incomplete or wrong and in urgency case I couldn't call you. The most usual mistake is to give the wrong international code. Note that most of the time I can rectify this error if you tell me honestly wich country you are in.
Also look at your e-mail. If I don't succeed in phoning to you, I won't fail to let you know. If you don't reveive an e-mail by the end of one day, it is because I am travelling or on holidays so I would advise you to call me.
